Hi, I’m Agness, a trainee Holistic Nutritionist from Poland, and a joyful, adventurous soul who has made it my mission to help others find healing from binge eating and compulsive food behaviors.
My own recovery path hasn’t been easy, but it’s shaped me into who I am today: optimistic, compassionate, and deeply committed to supporting others on their journeys.
If you’re here, you probably understand the weight of struggling with food—the constant battle, the guilt, and the feeling of being alone. I know that place all too well.
For 18 years, I battled an active food addiction, and it was only through a holistic approach that I found a way to truly heal. Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned, to walk alongside you, and to remind you that recovery is possible.
I’m naturally introverted, but I come alive around people who share my passion for growth and learning. I’ve traveled to 76 countries, exploring cultures, tasting new foods, and soaking up the lessons of each place. Travel has been a huge part of my life since I was 18, teaching me resilience, patience, and a love for adventure that I carry into everything I do.
Beyond my love for travel, I cherish my routines—my morning coffee (giant almond latte, if you’re curious :)), long morning walks with my favorite podcasts, and quiet moments to reflect and recharge.
I’m a psychology enthusiast and believe deeply in the power of understanding ourselves.
Whether it’s through structured routines or spontaneous adventures, I approach each day with focus, purpose, and a playful spirit. I’m organized and conscientious, bringing that same energy into my work and my interactions with others.
At Holistic Roadmap, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your relationship with food, body, and mind. Here, I combine my own experiences with everything I’m learning in holistic nutrition and psychology to offer insights and tools that make a real difference.
Recovery, for me, wasn’t just about food. It was about nurturing my body, processing emotions, and connecting spiritually. I’ve learned that food isn’t the problem—it’s often a way to cope. So, in my healing, I focused on nourishing my body with foods that made me feel good, facing my emotions with courage, and grounding myself in practices like meditation and journaling.
