They’ve helped me find peace, breaking free from the obsession, guilt, and fears around food. These tools serve me daily, keeping me grounded in recovery and allowing me to live a life free from food struggles. What I came to understand during my journey is that bulimia, binge eating, and compulsive overeating weren’t really about food at all. They were connected to emotions and traumas I hadn’t fully processed, stress I hadn’t let go of, and deeper parts of myself that still needed healing.

Sun Exposure became a simple way for me to begin each day with natural light, and a Morning Walk helped ground me and bring a sense of calm. Journal & Mood Tracking allowed me to understand my emotions and reflect on what was really going on inside. Meditation helped me find balance when I felt overwhelmed, while Breathwork soothed my anxiety and reconnected me with my body. I also found great comfort in an Outreach Call and Community Belonging, where I could connect with others, share my experiences, and feel supported.
These rituals have been essential in nurturing my mind, body, and heart, and I believe they can support others in their own recovery.

My Personal Story
For nearly two decades, I battled bulimia, binge eating, compulsive behaviors, and overwhelming emotions. I felt trapped in a cycle that impacted both my mental and physical health. But once I finally reached out for help, my journey toward healing began. It wasn’t easy, but it was absolutely worth it. I now have a healthier relationship with food and with myself, and that’s why I’m sharing the tools that made the difference in my life. I deeply believe that you can find that same freedom, too.
